Hello Crafty Mothers! Needless to say, there are no workshops in the pipeline due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I hope you're all coping well and staying somewhat sane!
Because I can't not do anything, together with my sister-in-law, Court, I have started a little something called @craftymuthas.uk where we will be making and selling some macrame bits and some DIY kits. Follow on Insta to keep up to date with that, it should launch by the end of June, and you may find something there to flex your crafty muscles!
I hope to see you all soon, take very good care of yourselves. Love, Kash x
The Crafty Mother Social Club (TCMSC) has been set up by me - Kash Hughes - as a way to sate my passion for trying new crafts, in a way that allows me to do it.
As a SAHM to a pre-schooler, I don't get many opportunities to go out or socialise (without kids!) so behold TCMSC - monthly craft socials from the convenience of my village!
These classes are meant to be fun and informal - we welcome total beginners as well as the more experienced crafters. Generally speaking the classes will be something I've never tried before, but want to. They are also good places to meet like-minded ladies, and have a natter over a glass of fizz.
Disclaimer: you don't need to be an actual mother, but it won't be held against you if you are!
TCMSC is always on the lookout for teachers to lead classes. If you have a particular skill that you can teach, please get in touch.
If you are a patron but have a particular interest in trying a class I haven't listed, please send me your suggestion. I will do my best to find a local instructor and organise a class.
